Shipping policy

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification with your shipment’s tracking information. Our orders are processed and shipped from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post or DHL Express. 

 Please note all international orders are subject to duties, taxes, and/or import fees by your local customs authority. 

Shipments within Canada

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for Standard Free Shipping and Expedited Parcel and 1 to 5 business days for XpressPost.  

International Shipments

For orders placed outside of Canada, shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and/or import fees by your local customs authority. We do not have control over customs or clearance delays. Please allow 2 to 10 business days as transit time for international shipments.

Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up-to-date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time.
